QUESTION: Who knew wool could be so comfortable?
WHAT I LEARNED: A little can still be a lot.
In response to a request from summer-gale to share a picture of my hotel accommodations in Texas, I give you my room with a view: The room is furnished in a decorating style I would call out-of-the-box upscale hotel with a cowboy influence. There were three things I enjoyed about the room that may not be apparent in these cell phone camera shots. First, the big fluffy comforter with heavy woolen cowboy blanket at the bottom - it was plush. Second, the view of the water - it was pretty. Third, the absence of a roommate - it was peaceful. Now that's a hotel room with the kind of Texas style I can appreciate. I just wish I had been able to spend a little bit more time in this plush, pretty, peaceful environment. However, such is the life of the worker-bee. A little bit of a lot. A lot bit of a little. And never enough time to do either justice.
