Question: How long can one day be?
What I Learned: Tomorrow is another day.
Yesterday was characterized by:
- a failed alarm clock,
- nothing to wear that did not need ironing,
- dishes in the sink with food cemented onto them,
- lipstick rolling under a car,
- chipped nail polish,
- traffic stalled,
- arriving late for an important meeting run by my supervisor,
- supervisor noticing my late arrival for important meeting,
- calling a co-worker by the wrong name,
- co-worker noticing that I called her by the wrong name,
- sunshine outside but no time to enjoy it,
- traffic crawls,
- chicken for dinner again,
- falling into an unmade bed and really not caring.
And how was your day?
