Mom did that too when she'd go out of town, we'd still get take out and Mc Donalds.

It's our freezer, not our pantry, that must remain crammed to bursting with all things nuke-worthy. As long as we have 37,823 boxes of Four Cheese Pizza flavor *Hot *Pockets, my family won't starve. Hubby just needs cereal. Lots and lots of cereal. Hope you are having a fabulous trip!

who i am: 19-year-old daughter of a Pantry Goddess/Coupon Queen. while your list was mighty impressive, i MUST IMPRESS UPON YOU THE IMPORTANCE OF COUPONS!!! clip them from everything! trade them online! print them off the net! my mom can buy $200 worth of groceries in one trip and only pay $10.50 for them. i swear to god, i'm not kidding. i'll hook you up and she can teach you the art of couponing if you like - because it's truly an art. and i really need to learn it before i transfer to university, LOL.

May pantry stays embarrassingly close to bare most of the time. I'm the only one living here and don't need a lot of food to do me for several days. Still I know I should stock up on basics.
