What an excellent list! I could do some of the same things... I exercise begrudgingly and try to eat healthy but these holidays have my healthy eating habits in a tizzy. And finding "me" time and "God" time? It doesn't come naturally because it's so hard to relax when you know you still have things to do! But, a little pre-New Years Resolution never hurt anyone!

I manage to find the time for food and enjoyment with family... it's the exercise that I keep running short of time for... I've got to be better about carving out that time.
