If only our kids were that small again! We are in negotiations for this weekend's activities. Hubby and I would love to do something different with the boys, but they have cross country practice, a birthday celebration, visiting downtown, Sunday School and homework. They said, "Mommmmmm! There are only so many hours in the weekend for us to live." Don't I know it!

Ah, the wistful snapshot from the 1950's about a snapshot from the fifties. What an entertainment center: modern television, a hi fi with LP phonograph, and even a few forgotten books. It's a very evocative picture. Perhaps fifty years from now, people will look wistfully upon our 525 scan line televisions that took up space in a box in the living room?

Fridays are great but too short lived once you minus the work day hours. I heart Saturday and Sunday. But for cable as clear as you describe I could get mighty fond of any day you want :)
