What are children for if not to politically indoctrinate them with our own biases? I took a look at your bookshelf...I always wanted to read one of those "Ladies Detective Agency" books...I'm leaning towards the "typing school" one...

Ok. I put "No. 1 Ladies Detective Agency" onto my voluminous Amazon wish list ( http://tinyurl.com/39jtr ...it's more there for reminders than anything...) Although, "Morality for Beatutiful Girls" is a great title... Have you ever read any Janwillem Van De Wetering novels? He's Dutch, and he wrote some absolutely fascinating detective novels...totally captures the Dutch character...I'd start with this one: http://tinyurl.com/2gkb6 and read them in order...after he moved to America his novels weren't as fun anymore...these novels take you all over the former Dutch empire as well...
