Our holiday was nicely quiet, thank you. Food, movies, food and more movies. A care package to our next door neighbors of some leftovers - more food than we can eat. Actually, it would go to waste because we'd become bored with it.

My own Christmas was somewhat marred. My in-laws were staying with me and the sight of my father-in-law walking shirtless through my home in a pause-step-pause, arms-at-right-angles dance singing (to the tune of Winter Wonderland) "Walking 'round in women's underpants," was, despite the warm Arizona weather, chilling.
