It is so hard to watch friends go through so many trials. Your friend and her family are in my prayers.

my grandmother (the one who was just recently diagnosed with leukemia (a blood cancer) no less) recently had masectomy done - both breasts were removed. it's a difficult thing, breast cancer. i have a lump, myself, that is going to be removed. (something i haven't mentioned in my diary yet, i dont' think). it's frightening, and especially when you have already been affected by cancer in one way or another. (i have had cervical cancer and had to have a loop biopsy done to remove it, not to mention the lump in my leftie). life throws us nasty little trials like these, it never ends it seems. your friend is in my prayers.

I am a cancer surviver (renal cell carcinoma). A kidney was removed and as of now I am clear of the monster. Your friend is in my thoughts and prayers, as are all cancer victims.

I'll gladly say a prayer for your friend if you'll say a prayer for my dad. We just found out he has lung cancer that has spread to the liver and brain. This devestating disease must cease. The power of prayer is amazing. Take care.
