I love curtains floating in the breeze. The only time I've seen it occur was at my best friend's house in Minnesota. She had pretty sheer curtains and kept the windows open because the weather was so nice. It was heaven ;)

if u need some really kewl window treatments check out the hgtv websites or martha stewart.. they've got great fun ways to dress up ur curtains.. the billowing.. I know what u mean.. my parents have this really kewl set up in our living room.. its a bit too frilly and fluffy for my style but it mite be what ur lookin for.. one day I'll try and send ya a pic.. curtains are really easy to make tho too.. if u got some fabric u like u can just buy a valance.. it werks :-) I done it! ne who.. keep on writing cheers cat
