QUESTION: Did you say - delay?
WHAT I LEARNED: Watch out for hurricanes.
Good news. My summer school kid has passed his class with flying colors - a B+ no less. Each week he came home with just under that A, which is pretty good because here an A is a 94 or above. When I was a kid an A was a 90. Times are getting tougher for everyone I guess. I am happy about that success on his part and just want him to get the grade the first time around next time. Now, school is really out for the summer. There's drama and trauma on the vacation front, however. Mama Nature is having a fit in Florida and we may be vacation-less a while longer. Tell me it ain't so. I need to escape the trapping of my daily life and commune with large mice. I need some Florida sunshine and I need it now.
