QUESTION: What resolutions?

WHAT I LEARNED: Why am I feeling a little resolution deja vu?

What one thing are you most looking forward to . . .

• 1. ...today? Lounging on the sofa and watching a late movie with the kids – likely candidates are Daddy Day Care or Finding Nemo.
• 2. ...over the next week? Since I will be going back to work on Monday after a nice long vacation, I’d say just getting through the week without any tearing of hair, gnashing of teeth, or rending of garments would be a blessing.
• 3. ...this year? Time with kids. Time for self. Attaining a few lowly and lofty goals.
• 4. ...over the next five years? Good health all around, please.
• 5. ...for the rest of your life? Seeing my kids grow up well. Not wasting the gifts I have been given. Remembering not to take myself too seriously. And doing it all while writing up a storm.
